Sometimes doodles are inspired by the struggles I’ve seen with people during their fight through eating disorder recovery. Even my own struggles with self-doubt. I find it therapeutic to write them down at these times. Like these….
It’s been a great way to channel different thoughts and communicate important body image concepts too.
